Springtime in the hills brings with it the splendour of the blossom dotted among the vineyards that have yet to awake in their full colours. In the soft April breeze, the boughts with their pink and white blooms sway against the silverly backdrop of the olive trees, pointing towards the turrets of the fortezza, the campaniles, and proud municipal tower that dominates the skyline, as the roof tiles sparkle under a clear blue sky. Montalcino is there, seemlingly at arm's lenght, watching over the uncontaiminated nature of this gently rolling countryside.
This is where "La Fortuna" first took life as a company, and where it grew and made its mark.
The entire complex, whit the wine cellar and business centre, has been designed in such a way to preserve the originaly beauty of the renovated Tuscan farmhouse and to respect the tradition while adapting to the new needs of winemaking.
With the recent purchase of the land in Castelnuovo dell'Abate, the company's present property (33 hectares) is divided into 11 hectares of specialized vineyard, 2 hectares of olive groves and 20 of land for sowing. The Family | The Estate | Our Products | Download | How to reach Us | Contact Us
