Description

From the love for local wine-making was established in Montalcino, in 1988, the Farm Pacenti Franco, based in Canalicchio, a town known for its several years-long tradition of wine-making. The farm covers an area of about 36 hectares, of which 10 are devoted to grapes and 1 to olive trees. Thanks to the favourable position of the vineyards, looking north-east and located at medium height above sea level, it is possible to produce the following wines: Brunello di Montalcino, Rosso di Montalcino and the IGT Toscana "Il Bersaglio", all with the classical colour and the typically rich flavour of the Sangiovese grapes. In the farm it is possible to taste and purchase our products, and also to visit the recently restored church of the Madonna of the Angels (1700), property of the farm.
