Liverzano is a superbly restored monastery like complex dating from the 16th/17th century and consisting of a Villa, church and annexes.

Vineyards, olive groves and a park with centennial trees surround the premises with its 'Italian garden'. In four years of building with much love to the details and consequent ecological aspects we have transformed the property into a winery and elegant resort.

Your personal home ... Chose your preferred one between the five generously dimensioned rooms and partially decorated with 17th century paintings in the Villa or one of the three stylish rooms in the wing. All rooms are held in warm colours and are individually decorated with intense care to the details.

We are basically a B&B. A rich breakfast buffet is served at morning. Occasionally we propose our guests to join the dinner together at the large table.

The use of the whole infrastructure is included in the overnight rate. We offer special conditions for longer stays. Three of the rooms can be provided with an additional bed.Well educated dogs who do neither sleep together in bed with "mom" or "daddy" nor on the sofas.

Enjoy an aperitif on our 'Piazza', relax in the Tuscan-style garden or around the pool. Or do you prefer a hot sauna or a steam bath?

In the evening our attractiv bar, once the sacristy of the church, invites to a nice glass of wine. From here you enter the church which now is also used as multimedia room. The large voulted and light bathed lounge and breakfast room frees a marvellous view on the picturesque landscape.

Liverzano covers an area of 33 hectares, from which 22 ha are forest, 5 ha olive groves, 3 ha pasture and 3 ha vineyards. The soil on the gypsum massiv consists of sand with few clay.

Thanks to the perfect south-orientation, the steepness and a medium height of 380 meters above sea level our vineyards are naturally poor of parasites. To keep this biological balance, the care of our vines is made without the use of pesticides, herbicides, systemic spraying and fertilizers. As a result our soils are free of heavy metals and other unwanted chemical elements.
